Conference Weekend

Wow, keeping the kids relatively quiet for conference was tough this year.  I don't know what it was, but they were a lot more rowdy than they've been in the past.  The Sunday afternoon session was, by far, the craziest.  During the closing prayer Owen was pulling on me and yelling at the top of his lungs.  He is one persistent child!
We talked to the kids about conference before they went to bed and asked them what they remembered.  I loved hearing them re-tell something that was said in conference, usually one of the real-life stories that was shared.  It's such a relief to know they do actually hear what is said and some of it sticks with them. It's always fun to hear what specifically stuck with each child.  It feels like a sneak peak into what their strengths will be one day.
